Our Story

We started out as a Contracting Team, focusing our attention on security and finding temporary housing for people who are on short-term rentals for company programs and business. After consistently having great service and wonderful customer service reviews, we realized we didn’t need a parent company and decided to partner with commercial and residential landlords. With our master lease partnership agreement, this brings guaranteed income to the owner of the property, no issues with tenants defaulting, and no way to evict them in a timely manner.

What we offer

Multiple Units? Absolutely no problem

We sign multi-year leases for 5 - 10 units at once, which saves you the cost/time of finding a different tenant for each unit and collecting multiple people. If you're looking to sell your apartment /multi-family complex and have vacant units, shoot an email our way or call, and we will work with you to fill your units way you can get a higher cap rate on your sale.

    Each of our properties is decorated and managed with class and style, taking an influence of modern and classic appeal with vintage finishes. We also feature art from various small artists and designers, some local, to push for a better reception. Our main point is that we know how to decorate the way a real traveler wants.

  • Amenities and vibes

    Guests can enjoy trails that are close to the area, of course, but we also decorate the balcony to boost comfort in all areas of the properties. As for the trails and outdoor activities, we have a list of things to do, like restaurants and sports bars for our guests, and social club recommendations.

  • Care and protection

    Ring video cameras are installed at the entrance of all units, monitoring 24/7.

    Noise Detector devices are installed in each unit, which sends an alert if noise reaches a certain DB level.

    Smart locks are installed on each door. A new code will be generated for each guest that stays with us, and codes are deleted after checkout.

  • In House Cleaning

    Our entire cleaning staff is hired and managed directly. We don’t outsource our cleaning to other companies. This allows us to have more control and better management over our cleanliness standards and maintain a better level of cleanliness after each stay with a guest. All staff are trained to pay attention to detail because we know how essential 5-star reviews are.
